ScholarNET Registration - Student Pass Licence

Please provide us with the following annual ScholarNET Online Education Student Passes. We understand this will provide the named student with unrestricted 24/7 access to the subject site(s) requested subject to the Terms and Conditions of use which we have read for the current school year. We understand that the school will be invoiced directly for these Student Pass licences at a cost of $25 (inc GST) per student per subject or $90 (inc GST) per student for all six subjects. Please note: Licences expire 31st December in the year of purchase.

Step 1:

To register students for Student Pass licences you need to download the Excel template and save onto your computer (Windows users click the link and select 'Save this file to disk'. Mac users just click the link). Decompress the ZIP archive and open the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Enter all the information required on the spreadsheet and save it.

Step 2:

Once you have completed the Excel template from Step 1 you can simply upload the file using the 'Browse' button below.

Subjects requested will be available for access within 48 hours of receipt of order. Licences will be invoiced for payment on the 20th of the following month.

Please Note: Licences are issued for 12-months periods and are automatically renewed on the anniversary of the order date unless otherwise requested in writing at least 14 days in advance.
